New Student Information
Any child interested in attending Hancock County Elementary School must provide the following documents:
1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Number
3. Immunization Record
4. Proof of grade to be entered
Several forms must be signed upon enrollment of a student. These can be printed and signed before registration or obtained and signed at the time of registration.
Acceptable Use Policy (permission of Internet use)
Transfer Form (permission to obtain records from previous school)
Student Information Form (state requirements for transcripts)
Teacher Copy of Student Information
Office Copy of Student Information
Proof of Handbook Consent (Handbook located on HCES homepage or obtained at time of registration)
Breakfast/Lunch forms and Health Clinic forms can be obtained in the office upon registration.
