The Hancock County Early Learning Center is now taking applications for the 2023-24 school year. Children must turn 3 or 4 by August 15, 2023. If you are interested in our program, please contact the center at 423-733-1762 or drop by for an application. If you meet income guidelines, your child automatically qualifies.
